We currently deliver across Harare and surrounding areas in Zimbabwe, with pick-up points available in additional locations. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability for your area.

Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on your location and product availability. You'll receive updates as your order is prepared and dispatched.

If you prefer not to have your order delivered, you can select any of our partner pick-up points at checkout and collect it there once it's ready.

Prescription medicines require a valid prescription, which you can upload directly through our Submit a Prescription page. Over-the-counter products can be ordered without one.
